The aim of the invention is to increase the strength and reliability of operation.
The shape of the intermediate elements and film hinges allows to give parts of the hinge mobility and at the same time bending strength, which has a positive effect on the reliability of the hinge and its durability.
Figure 1 shows a one-piece folding hinge made of plastic with V-shaped spring intermediate elements in the Open position; in fig. 2 - the same, in the Closed position; in fig. 3 - the same, top view; Figure 4 shows the lid in the Open position; in fig. 5 - the same, in the Closed position; in fig. 6 - folding hinge with intermediate elements facing outward in the closed position; in fig. 7 the same, in the Open position; in fig. 8 - hinge with an intermediate element that is rectangular in cross section; in fig. 9 - the same, with a concave film hinge; in fig. 10 - the same, with a convex film hinge; in fig. II and 12 - the same, with straight film elements; in fig. 13 - a box with a folding hinge in the closed position; in fig. 14 - the same, in the Open position; in fig. 15-18 - folding hinges with rigid intermediate elements; in fig. 19-22 - packages for deep-drawing from the deep-drawing film.
The folding hinge of plastic consists of two parts 1 and 2, connected, in two places, by means of intermediate elements 3 arranged between them, each of which has wide and narrow ends. Parts of the hinge are pivotally mounted around the main geometrical axis 4- Part 1 of the hinge is complete as the lower part of the bottle stop for fitting on the neck of the bottle, and part 2 forms the cap.

FIG. 19-22 depicts a deep drawing package from a deep drawing film, for example PVZ (polyvinyl chloride) or polystyrene. The deep-draw film can be considerable, whereas the film hinges should be significantly thinner.
The intermediate elements 3 are flat and with wide ends facing one another.
Film hinges 9 and 10 are formed by at least deep-drawn grooves, separated from each other by the hinge parts of the rib 14 and 15, the ribs 14 go into the walls 16 of the hinge parts 1 and 2, and the ribs 15 are intermediate elements 3.
The intermediate elements at the wide ends facing one another have ribs 17 that extend perpendicular to the main geometric axis. They serve to stiffen the intermediate elements and also to form a wide connecting them.
